“We had a great family vacation here...”
It was hard to find a spot that would accommodate 15 of my family members to begin with, but Mariam's spot went above & beyond! We had a number of kids ranging from 4-13, and having the game room, range of board games, pool/jacuzzi, and backyard area meant no shortage of places for kids (and adults!) to gather, and spend quality time with each other. Mariam was also very responsive - and proactive in checking in on us. We had a great family vacation here, and it was such a special time for us all!

The house was very clean, organized, neat, and came with a lot of supplies and amenities. This is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever had. The place was spotless and very organized! We especially appreciate Mariam’s accommodations, responsiveness and professionalism. We felt right at home!

Mariam's Cactus House was beautiful!! We had a wonderful time. Mariam was very responsive to all my inquiries from booking all the way to checkout! The house had everything we wanted and then some. She allowed early check in and late checkouts without hitting us with a bunch of fees. I have always had housekeeping issues at other ABNBs but this house was pristine!! Thank you Mariam and we will definitely stay with you again when we come back to Palm Springs!

I had the pleasure of staying at Mariam's property, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The spaciousness, modernity, and cleanliness of the place left a lasting impression on me and my guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-maintained amenities. The grill, pool, and hot tub were all in perfect working order, providing us with hours of outdoor enjoyment. The AC unit kept the indoor climate comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay even on the hot days. The game room was a fantastic addition, and all the games were in great condition. It offered a fun and entertaining space for everyone to enjoy during our downtime. Moreover, Mariam went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. There were plenty of towels and other supplies for all of my guests, which added to the convenience of our stay. In summary, I highly recommend Mariam's property!

A lovely, ideally placed, well equipped, very clean, comfortable house, everything you need is there, it has beautiful views. Mariam is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She was also flexible with check-in time, which was very helpful. My kids had lots of fun in the pool, and with all the board games. My husband and I had hours of fun with the pool table. Its was an exciting weekend. Fully recommend.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The villa is amazing – comfortable, quiet, and private. It's well-equipped with everything you could possibly need; blankets, sheets, towels, pillows, and even an extra crib and inflatable mattress. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze. The spacious villa is clean and easily accessible. The pool and jacuzzi are in excellent condition, and the addition of TVs in every room, even outdoors by the pool, allows for a personalized and enjoyable experience. I booked this villa for a peaceful family vacation away from the city, and it exceeded expectations. My kids loved it, and we'll definitely book again if we return to this area. Communication was easy and quick with the host Mariam which we appreciate so much, she took care of us in another level of greatness.

I had my bachelorette at this house and it was the most incredible stay. All the girls gushed about how cute and well decorated the house was. Mariam was incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable about the property and everything in between. We did not have a single complaint about anything, the house, the amenities, the location were all so perfect. I would stay here a million times over again and recommend to absolutely anyone. Any bride knows how stressful it is to find a reliable place for a large group and I just don’t even have enough words to say how perfect this stay was!
