The guests have access to the entire house (1,615 sqft).

Other things to note

The guests will have their unique door code.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

We charge $30/night per guest after the 10th guest.

We do not allow music outdoors after 9 pm. No DJ, karaoke or loudspeakers.

Please note that the pool is not heated and there is no hot tub.

Please note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through Airbnb before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
