Other things to note
Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 7 pm. No parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house.

Spa heating is included with your booking. There is an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating.

* During the warmer season (April-October) pool heating is available for $95/day.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

We have a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation.

Please note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through Airbnb before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
