Other things to note:

Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted after 7 pm, and parties, live music, amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ, or karaoke are prohibited both inside and outside the house at all times.

Spa heating is included in your booking, but there's an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating before or during your stay, but please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach 88 degrees upon your arrival. Pool heating is available for $95/day during the warmer season (April-October), with a minimum requirement of 2 days.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30 per hour, subject to approval.

For security reasons, outdoor surveillance cameras are installed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. $1000 fee will be applied for violations of any of our house rules.
